Live Demo
Simulate the on-line ticket purchasing process, and then see actual reports on your own activity before you commit to the service.
Take a Test Drive
We'll put in your performances and pricing, but credit card charging is simulated. Then you can sample the whole process.
More About Reports
Reservation List
Select a performance in the calendar, and see a list of all the reservations for that performance. Reservations with more than one type of ticket, (e.g., 2 regular, 2 student) will have a line for each type below the summary for the full reservation. Total reservations made and tickets sold are at the bottom.
Credit Card Charges
Pick start and end dates to see a report on charges in that range, broken out by type of credit card.
Click on the numbers in the totals column, and a list of all the charges contributing to that total will appear. Click on the “x” in the upper left of the detail box to close it.
Fill in the last four digits of a credit card number to search for charges on specific cards (remember that we do not store the complete number anywhere, and multiple cards may share the last 4 digits). Check the “Failures Only” box to see only those charging transactions that were not approved.
Disbursements
This report summarizes how much we've paid you, and how much we still owe you.
